I Always Start Them With Danny DeMichele

I may not be the smartest website designer out there, but I do know who to hire to get the websites that I design to sit at the top of the search engines. I always have my customers make a list of the terms that they would like to rank for and they put their trust in me to take their money and give it to Danny DeMichele who will get the site up there, right out of the gate.

When Danny DeMichele takes on one of my clients, it usually is a relationship that will continue even after I am done with the site and have moved on to the next client. I have talked with Danny DeMichele personally many times and he has always assured me that with each new client, he will be able to make them happy, and keep making them happy with each passing day.

I had one customer who told me that he would handle the marketing of the site and I advised against it. He told me that he could do exactly what Danny DeMichele does since he had taken an online marketing class from a university that offers learning online. I did not want to talk down to my client, so I let him see just how hard it really is when you do not have a big team working right beside you day after day.

Thinking Of Going With The Poweredge Servers

I have been doing some research to see which of the servers on the market today is considered the best buy. I have been doing this because I am thinking of opening up a coffee house in my building. Just about every person in the other thirty offices stops off at some coffee house or restaurant before coming in every morning.

My plan is to put that coffee house downstairs, where they have to walk right by it before getting on the elevator and cashing in on some of that coffee drinking. I have already talked with the dell repair store that is across the street and they have let me know how much it would be to put in all the computer stuff I would need.

I think that I may go with the poweredge servers since they have gotten good reviews and they are priced reasonably. It may be that the poweredge servers are not the perfect choice; I am going to have to check with the dell repair store and clear it with them. I want to make sure that all the equipment that I get, they know how to install and repair. It would not do me any good to buy stuff that the computer guys across the street cannot fix when it needs to be fixed.

We Wasted Money Repairing XSeries Servers This Year

The whole reason for replacing the xseries servers was to save money on repairing the old ones that kept going down every week. I was all for saving money, but had never seen the price of what new servers cost. The brochure that was passed around at the meeting had the prices right there big and bold. I asked how spending this much money was going to help us in the long run.

The woman in charge of the meeting then passed around the many repair bills that our company had incurred over the last year, just for the old servers. I could not believe how much money had been wasted without anyone suggesting we put in new xseries servers sooner.

I only had one question and that was when would the new system x servers be in and when they would be installed. I for one was sick to my stomach sitting there thinking that so much money could have been saved if only the new system x servers had been ordered last year. If you can avoid paying for repairs because you have taken precautionary measures, I am all for it. By purchasing the new servers, we would be avoiding future repair bills.

The Interior Painting Company Bids Are All In

The last of the painting company bids came in this morning. I had set a deadline of three this afternoon and it looked like everyone had made it early. My company had opened up bidding to any painting company who wanted to bid for a contract to paint all four of the new buildings that we were having built in New York City. This would be the first for our company, to be building in a big city and we were all excited.

The interior painting company that won this contract would be guaranteed work for at least the next four years. Each new building would take a year to be built and as soon as it was completed, they would start building the next, and then the next would follow.

I called a few of my friends who usually do not hear about big jobs like this, and invited them to throw their bids in too. If they were chosen, it would allow them to expand their smaller painting companies and venture into some serious commercial work that could possibly lead to more. I secretively hoped that one of them got it, but because all the painters were given a secret number, I did not know which ones were their bids.

From Picture Window To Casement Window

When a tree limb fell on our house and crashed through the front picture window and shattered it, we had to start the fun task of contacting our house insurance company to help us get everything back to the way it was supposed to be. I knew that since we were going to replace the front window, we should just get them all done so that they matched.

I wanted to put replacement windows in all of the other windows but have one of those vinyl casement windows put in place of the picture window. If I put in one of the vinyl casement windows, then I would be able to open it when I wanted to. The old picture window was impossible to open and I had hated that feature about it.

The insurance company had told us that when we had the window company comes out, they needed to have the cost to replace the broken picture window separate from the cost of all of the other vinyl replacement windows we were having done.

It took four weeks from the time the limb fell on our house, for it to start looking like our home again but the fact that we had all new windows, was worth the wait.

The Deck Builders Contest In Colorado

When a deck builders Colorado company was having a contest for the ugliest deck in the city, I knew that I had a great shot at winning. My deck had been falling apart for years and I have just never had the money to replace it so it just gets worse and worse every year. If you sent this deck builders Colorado company a picture of your deck and why you deserved to win, then they might choose you to win a brand new deck.

I could not imagine what it would feel like to be able to walk out the back door and step out onto a sturdy well built deck that was not splintered, cracking, fading and slowly falling down. I would be able to have cookouts with my family and have somewhere to sit on nice summer nights.

If I win the contest then I will have to hope that one of the local vinyl siding contractors is having a contest for the worst looking siding in the city because I can pretty much guarantee a win for me on that. It seems that about every four or five feet, there is siding missing. If some vinyl siding contractors ever got their hands on my house, they would have a great time transforming it.

Discount Office Supply Stores Were Busier Back Then

I wonder what it would have been like to live back before all the world was run by computers. I would think that the office supply stores were much busier. Back then people would have to have much more paper than they need these days. Lots of messages are typed onto computers and cell phones now and back then almost everything was handwritten on paper and typed out on typewriters.

A lot of discount office supplies companies are online now and they deliver right to the person who is ordering’s door. Before computers, I am sure that someone would drive to the office supply store if they had not already called from their land line to place an order and pick it up.

Computers have made our lives simpler and have also saved tons of trees. Less paper means fewer trees that are cut down. I for one am glad to be part of the new computer world; I cannot imagine all of the extra time and energy that used to go into ordering from a discount office supplies company that did not have its own website.

My mother and I have discussed this many times and she wishes that everyone could go back to the simpler times of handwritten letters and mailed copies of paperwork, before the days of fax machines, computers and cell phones.

I Helped My Boss Choose Funny T Shirts for his Son

I was wearing a funny t shirt at work the other day, and the boss asked me where I had gotten it. I told him that if he looked online, there are tons of sites that sell funny t shirts for all ages.

He informed me that his teenage son had a birthday coming up, and he wanted to get him something that he would like. He figured that funny shirts would work. I felt like being nice that day, so I wrote down the name of some of the websites that sell funny shirts, that I have used before.

He called me into his office the next day and asked me to help him figure out which of the hundreds of funny t shirts would be appropriate for his son. I had never met his son, so I just decided to choose something that was not to clean, yet not too dirty.

We ended up ordering him about five funny shirts for his birthday and I was worried on the day of the party, if he would like them or not. I of course, was not invited but could not wait to get back to work the following Monday to see if he liked the funny t shirts or not. The next time that I saw my boss, he gave me thumbs up, so I guess he liked them.

Never Too Young For Life Insurance

When my best friend’s husband died in an automobile accident last spring, she had a hard time just paying for the funeral. She had been a stay at home mom and without his income; she lost her house and their two cars. They had always talked about the fact that they needed to get life insurance but they had just never gotten around to it. They both thought that since they were so young, that they had time to do that later.

Very shortly after this happened, my husband and I got life insurance quotes and started to make a plan just in case something would happen to either one of us, or god forbid both. We knew that we wanted each other and the kids to be taken care of so we asked for very high coverage amounts to be included in the life insurance quotes.

We were able to get no medical life insurance set up and in place in less than a week. The no medical life insurance policy amount was enough to cover all expenses for our funeral, pay off all of our current debt and still have enough to cover further bills for many years. We are young, but have learned that you are never too young to plan for the future.

My Son And His Funny T Shirts Phase

I was looking through my kids closets the other day and trying to get rid of things that they do not wear anymore. I came across about twenty different funny t shirts in my son’s closet. It made me laugh to think about the funny t shirts phase that he had gone through about two years ago. He needed to have a different funny shirt for each day of the week and he could not wear the same t shirt, twice in the same week. We went to every store and garage sale in search for funny t shirts that summer and we found a bunch. He was very proud of that collection and wore them proudly. I think that once the winter weather hit later that year, he gave up all the funny shirts and switched to long sleeve shirts and sweatshirts.

By the following spring, he had grown out of the funny shirts but did not want to get rid of them just yet. I have been trying to think of something to do with the t shirts and a friend of mine suggested that I made a quilt from them. I think that it is a great idea and I am going to try and cut all the funny sayings from them and then put them all over a quilt that maybe he would want to take to college next year.
