I did not know that it would be a challenge to sell jewelry especially when the ones that you are selling are something from your personal collection.  I had a few pieces that I wanted to dispose of and the old ones that I wanted to get rid of.  Of course, giving them away was out of the question because I needed the money too. I went around the jewelry shops in our city only to be given a really low appraisal value for my pieces. 

So my next step was to find one online where I can sell old gold jewelry and get good money from it.  Good thing is that I already had an idea on how much each piece that I have costs from the appraisals that I got when I tried to sell them to the jewelry shops.  I found this online site, which buys jewelry and coins. I contacted them via first and talked to their customer service before deciding to send them a few pieces.  The price that I got for it was more than what I expected! Now I am sorting out my collection again because I know I still have some that I want to dispose of.
