My Father Is Selling His Silver Coins Soon
My father called all of us kids to come over and have dinner with he and my mother this weekend. That usually means that they have something that they want to discuss with us. Last time, it was all about how they were downsizing and selling the house we grew up in but little did they know that the housing market would crash and they would still be there two years later.
When we all arrived at their house for dinner and then waited to hear the news. I was confused when he told us that he was selling silver coins from an old collection and then dividing the money between the three of us. I thought that I must have heard him wrong because I only remember selling silver coins and then nothing else, my brother told me the rest after I asked him what our father had said.
So we all were pretty excited about the deal and asked when the whole sell silver deal would take place. He let us know that he had contacted a dealer that buys old coins when people sell silver or gold. I guess that he already had made a deal but the money had not exchanged hands and he did not want to give us exact amounts until he actually had it.
